1. Service Delivery

Once you purchase our web development services, including but not limited to WordPress design, WooCommerce setup, and related web technologies, we will begin the work as per the agreed-upon scope of services. Please ensure that you provide us with all necessary information and access to complete the project on time.

2. No Return on Custom Services

Since the services we provide are highly customized and specific to your project, we do not offer returns for the work done. Once you approve the project proposal or pay for the services, the service is considered delivered. As a result, all payments for services are non-refundable.

3. Refunds for Services

While we do not offer returns on custom web development services, we understand that there may be instances where you are not satisfied with the progress or outcome of our work. In such cases, we are committed to resolving any issues and offering a reasonable refund under the following circumstances:

A. Partial Refunds

If we fail to deliver the services as per the agreed scope (i.e., design, features, or functionality as stated in the project proposal or contract), and we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to a partial refund. The amount refunded will be based on the percentage of work completed or the value of the work that remains incomplete.

B. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can work together to resolve the issue. Our team will try to resolve any complaints or concerns, including adjustments to the project. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be entitled to a partial refund based on our assessment.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision will be made based on the nature of the dissatisfaction and the work already performed.

4. No Refunds After Project Completion

Once the project is fully completed, signed off by the client, and the final payment has been received, we do not provide refunds. If there are any issues with the website after completion, we will offer support and make necessary fixes, but a refund will not be provided at this stage.

5. Changes to Scope of Work

If the scope of the project changes significantly after work has begun, such as requests for additional features or significant redesigns, we will provide a new quote. Additional charges may apply for extra work outside the initial scope. In such cases, a refund will not be granted unless agreed upon by both parties.

6. Cancellation of Services

If you wish to cancel our services before the work is completed, you may request a cancellation at any time. Please note that we will assess the amount of work already completed at the time of cancellation, and you will be charged for the work done up until that point. Refunds will be provided only for the remaining balance of the contract, after deducting the work completed.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to review and approve designs, features, and functionality during the course of the project. We will deliver the final product only once we have your full approval. If you provide incomplete or inaccurate information that delays or prevents the completion of the project, you may be subject to additional charges or delays.
